 Identification of Phosphate solublising bacteria on Pikovaskya medium.
 Isolation of root nodule forming Rizobium bacterium from Chickpea Utilization of ELISA kit in Immunological techniques.
Research and Instrumental Skill
Immunological techniques: Preparation of antigens and production of polyclonal antibodies in rabbit, agglutination test, immuno-diffusion, immuno-fluorescence, and enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA).
Biotechnological techniques: GEL electrophoresis,PAGE,PCR techniques, molecular cloning and protein purification.
