University Department of Psychology
The University Department of Psychology has a rich history and impressive achievements. Established in 1963, it has seen distinguished leaders like Dr. A.K. Singh, The First Head with Ph.D. from the London School of Economics. Noteworthy is Dr. M.k. Hassan, Who Chaired an International Conference of Psychology in New York, USA, focusing on Authoritarianism and Dogmatism. The Department's legacy includes developing 22 Psychological tests and conducting 23 research projects funded by prestigious institutions like Harward University and the United Nations Research Institute of Social Development in Geneva. Its commitment to high-quality teaching and research shines through its mission and vision.
